{"id":1158,"date":"2011-11-09T14:14:04","date_gmt":"2011-11-09T13:14:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/?p=1158"},"modified":"2011-11-09T14:14:04","modified_gmt":"2011-11-09T13:14:04","slug":"visite-au-vietnam-novembre-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/refonte2026.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/index.php\/2011\/11\/09\/visite-au-vietnam-novembre-2011\/","title":{"rendered":"Visite au Vietnam &#8211; Novembre 2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En novembre 2011, Philippe Hersant (fondateur de RSF) a pu se rendre au Vietnam pour s\u2019assurer du bon suivi des projets financ\u00e9s par Restaurants Sans Fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans la province de Ben Tre, au sud du pays dans le delta du Mekong, dans le petit village de Vinh Hoa, il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;inauguration de la cantine de l\u2019unique \u00e9cole primaire. Cette cantine \u00ab\u00a0pilote\u00a0\u00bb, imagin\u00e9e par Madame Th\u00e2t Peel Pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Association Culturelle Franco Vietnamienne, est une vraie r\u00e9ussite. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un concept global qui accueille 120 enfants sur deux services et qui propose une multitude de services p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques\u00a0: des \u00e9quipements r\u00e9cr\u00e9atifs, un jardin potager \u00e9ducatif, des espaces de formation \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, un poulailler, un petit \u00e9tang poissonneux, un verger\u2026 L\u2019inauguration a \u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 qui a r\u00e9uni \u00e9ducateurs, parents et de nombreuses personnalit\u00e9s politiques locales et r\u00e9gionales (spectacle de danse assur\u00e9 par les enfants, discours et repas\u2026) S\u00e9duits par le concept, les responsables du Parti de la Province ont souhait\u00e9 que ce concept puisse \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans tout le Vietnam. Une deuxi\u00e8me cantine, financ\u00e9e par Restaurants Sans Fronti\u00e8res, devrait voir prochainement le jour dans le village de Phu Trung et une troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9alisation encore plus ambitieuse est en projet pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2012. Toutes ces cr\u00e9ations en milieu rural tr\u00e8s pauvre s\u2019accompagnent de micro cr\u00e9dits destin\u00e9s \u00e0 fournir les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res (riz, l\u00e9gumes, volailles, poissons d\u2019eau douce, arbres fruitiers du pays). Bref, un partenariat efficace avec l\u2019Association Culturelle Franco Vietnamienne, une reconnaissance des autorit\u00e9s locales (et au-del\u00e0) et des familles soulag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p
