Il a aussi insist\u00e9 sur le fait que la cantine devait \u00eatre respectueuse de son environnement (modes de cuisson, d\u00e9chets, approvisionnements) et qu\u2019une gestion participative et responsable \u00e9tait souhait\u00e9e afin qu\u2019elle puisse optimiser les liens sociaux entre villageois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_0210.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2846 size-full\" Hersant.\u00a0Les\u00a0am\u00e9nagements, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement (en cours d&rsquo;acquisition) et le mode de cuisson resteront \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne, les malgaches ne voulant que de la cuisson
