Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 relat\u00e9 en mars 2017 dans ce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/actualite\/le-projet-sfoda-avec-sreyka-smile-a-phnom-penh-fr-en-mars-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">premier article \u00e0 lire d&rsquo;abord<\/a>. \/\u00a0<em>This project was the subject of a first article where multiple visits were made to assess the feasibility and cost of the work. It has been recounted last March in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/actualite\/le-projet-sfoda-avec-sreyka-smile-a-phnom-penh-fr-en-mars-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this article to read first<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La construction a ensuite d\u00e9but\u00e9 en mai tel qu&rsquo;on peut le voir dans ce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/actualite\/project-with-sreyka-smile-in-progress-fast-in-fr-en-mai-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deuxi\u00e8me article<\/a>. \/\u00a0<em>The construction then started in May as can be seen in this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/actualite\/project-with-sreyka-smile-in-progress-fast-in-fr-en-mai-2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">second article<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les travaux se sont termin\u00e9s d\u00e9but juillet et les finitions ont suivi. La cantine et le r\u00e9fectoire sont maintenant totalement \u00e9quip\u00e9s et op\u00e9rationnels comme en attestent le reportage qui suit. \/\u00a0<em>The work was completed in early July and the finishes followed. The canteen and the refectory are now fully equipped and operational, as evidenced by the report that follows.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
