C\u2019est une \u00e9cole primaire comptant 367 \u00e9l\u00e8ves dont 210 sont demi pensionnaires. Il s\u2019agira du 8\u00e8 financement de cuisines-r\u00e9fectoires scolaires pour RSF avec son partenaire local, l\u2019Association Culturelle Franco Vietnamienne fond\u00e9e et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Madame Th\u00e2t Peel Nguyen.<br \/>\n<em>Visit of the My Tr\u00e0 school in Vietnam for a canteen project &#8211; Jan. 2018<\/em><br \/>\n<em>My Tr\u00e0 Primary School is located in the city of Sadec in Vietnam, west of the Mekong Delta, in Dong Thap Province. It is a primary school with 367 pupils, 210 of whom are half-boarders. This will be the 8th school kitchen-canteen funding for RSF with its local partner, the Franco-Vietnamese Cultural Association founded and chaired by Mrs. Th\u00e2t Peel Nguyen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6179 size-large\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/carte-1024x416.jpg\" alt=\"carte My Tra Vietnam\" width=\"1024\" height=\"416\" srcset=\"https:\/\/refonte2026.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/carte-1024x416.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/refonte2026.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/carte-300x122.jpg 300w, https:\/\/refonte2026.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/carte-768x312.jpg 768w, https:\/\/refonte2026.restaurants-sans-frontieres.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/carte.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour ce projet, nous avons visit\u00e9 le site et particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9union pr\u00e9liminaire o\u00f9 \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents, les dirigeants de l\u2019\u00e9cole, le responsable de l\u2019\u00e9ducation nationale du district et le responsable du parti. Il s\u2019agissait d\u2019\u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 de la construction d\u2019une cantine pour remplacer la b\u00e2tisse existante.<br \/>\n<em>For this project, we visited the site and participated in a preliminary meeting attended by the school leaders, the district education officer, and a local member of the party. The aim was to evaluate the feasibility of building a canteen to replace the existing structure.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6172 size-large\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Batiment-principal-e%CC%81cole-My-Tra-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Batiment principal e\u0301cole My Tra\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si l\u2019\u00e9cole est en bon \u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la cuisine-cantine faite de t\u00f4les enchev\u00eatr\u00e9es et de b\u00e2ches \u00e0 m\u00eame la terre battue. Les repas sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et pris dans des conditions sanitaires et d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s insatisfaisantes comme en attestent les photos ci-dessous.<br \/>\n<em>If the school is in good general condition, the kitchen-canteen is made of tangled metal sheets and worn out plastic tarpaulins directly on the ground. Le repas de midi est pris en 2 vagues de 100 \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans des conditions de pr\u00e9paration et de consommation extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9caires.<br \/>\n<em>The cook prepares the \u00ab\u00a0coffee break\u00a0\u00bb at 9 am, the lunch at 11 am and a snack at 15h before the departure from school.
