L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une <strong>alimentation <\/strong>saine \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole constitue un<strong> levier essentiel<\/strong> pour lutter contre la malnutrition, renforcer l\u2019assiduit\u00e9 scolaire et soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement des enfants.<\/div>\n<div>Le projet comprend :<\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 la <strong>construction d\u2019un b\u00e2timent d\u00e9di\u00e9<\/strong>, avec <strong>cuisine ferm\u00e9e et espace de repas semi-ouvert<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 la <strong>formation<\/strong> des parents b\u00e9n\u00e9voles \u00e0 la cuisine collective, \u00e0 la nutrition et \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 la mise en place d\u2019un <strong>jardin potager p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong> pour approvisionner la cantine en l\u00e9gumes frais\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span> \u2022 la cr\u00e9ation prochaine d\u2019un poulailler, afin d\u2019assurer un apport r\u00e9gulier en prot\u00e9ines et de renforcer l\u2019autonomie du dispositif<\/span><\/div>\n<p><strong>G\u00e9r\u00e9e quotidiennement par les enseignants et les parents du village,<\/strong> la cantine de Saenphan s\u2019inscrit dans une <strong>d\u00e9marche durable et participative, favorisant l\u2019appropriation locale du projet<\/strong>. Soutenue par Restaurants Sans Fronti\u00e8res, cette initiative illustre l\u2019engagement de Sourires d\u2019Enfants en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et du
